The conventional two piece hard capsule, comprised of cap and body parts, was generally designed and used to fill solid dosages. Through years of research and development in exclusive pin designs, EMBOCAPS® LP+ was created to minimize leakage when filling liquids or very fine powders.
EMBO CAPS® LP+ comes from a unique mold pin design, to optimize filling performance by significantly reducing the clearance between the cap and the end the body (See below), making a tighter structural characteristic. EMBO CAPS® LP+ has identical machinability with normal hard capsules, yet is able to minimize leaks after filling and before banding or sealing.
